WASRG 2018 Board of Directors Nominations Due December 1, 2017

WASRG's success depends on the leadership of a volunteer Board of Directors.  Board members help guide and organize all WASRG activities and meet regularly to manage all WASRG affairs.  A nominee must be a WASRG member, possess strong leadership skills, and be committed to actively participating in all Board activities, including the planning of WASRG events and participation in WASRG committees.


Nomination Process
A nominating committee headed by the President, at least two other members of the Board of Directors and at least two members from the membership-at-large, shall nominate a qualified member to fill each vacancy on the Board of Directors. The membership shall vote on the slate of directors presented by the nominating committee.  The Board of Directors elects officers of the Board.  Officers consist of a President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.

Board Member Terms
WASRG Board members are elected to three year terms.
