RSVP today—space is limited! Wednesday, September 24 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Sixty Vines – Washington Circle, Foggy Bottom, D.C. About Our Speaker: Delaware’s 27th Lieutenant Governor, Kyle Evans Gay, assumed office in January 2025 after a successful legislative career in the State Senate, where she championed voting rights, reproductive freedom, criminal justice reform, and access to early childhood education. A former deputy attorney general and private practice attorney, she’s long advocated for children in foster care and led civic organizations like the Junior League of Wilmington and the Spur Impact Association. In her first 100 days in office, Lt. Governor Gay has been active revitalizing the Behavioral Health Consortium with focused working groups tackling issues like maternal mental health, the opioid crisis, and support for veterans and first responders. She’s also introduced greater transparency for the Board of Pardons and launched a statewide meet-and-greet series to connect directly with Delawareans across the state.
