Tiffany Waddell

Director of Federal Relations, Office of Governor Larry Hogan (MD)

Tiffany Waddell is the Director of Federal Relations for Governor Larry Hogan. As the Governor's representative in Washington, she works closely with Maryland's congressional delegation, House and Senate leadership, the Administration and 27 state agencies and coordinating offices to advocate for the state's federal priorities.   

Prior to joining the Hogan Administration, she served as Manager of Government Affairs for Delta Air Lines, operating PAC and grassroots political activities for one of the world's leading airlines. A recognized fundraising expert and veteran political operative, she earned a reputation for delivering strong results as the Majority Fund Director at the Republican National Committee (RNC). After overseeing a nationwide, multi-million dollar fundraising campaign during her tenure at the RNC, she was tapped by Governor Mitt Romney to serve as the Romney Victory National PAC Director for his 2012 Presidential Campaign.

Tiffany is engaged in a variety of political activities here in Washington.  She serves as a Board Member and Co-Chair for RightNOW Women PAC, a federal political action committee dedicated to supporting female Republican candidates nationwide.  Tiffany is also regular guest speaker at American University and The George Washington University.  

A Maryland native, Tiffany graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in political science and received her master’s degree in legislative affairs from The George Washington University.  She and her husband, Alex, live in Darnestown, MD with their daughter, Savannah and son Brady.
